Shipping Method:
Our preferred delivery partner is NZ Post. We user their overnight courier post service for NZ wide delivery.
Non Rural Delivery NZ only or Rural Delivery NZ only:
These 2 options are available for orders with NZ delivery addresses, on products that are available in-stock at our Auckland based fulfilment centre.
Number of days taken will depend on your location and transit times from Auckland.
For Auckland addresses, it is typically 1 to 2 business days.
For non Auckland addresses, please allow 2 to 4 business days in 95% of cases.
For rural delivery, it might be an additional 1-2 days.
If you select Non Rural Delivery but provide a Rural Delivery address, then we will contact you to pay the $5 additional charge applicable for rural deliveries.
Pre-Order option:
Certain items that are shown as Pre-Order instead of Buy Now mean we have them with our suppliers but not in our fulfilment centre yet. Therefore, such items cannot be fulfilled immediately. There is a lead time (1 - 4 weeks) to bring local stock in for such items that you pre-order with us and we offer free shipping for pre-orders.
Expected delivery time for pre-orders is typically 1 to 4 weeks from the time of payment.
If your order contains in-stock Express shipping and Pre-order items, i.e. it is a mixed order, we may send multiple shipments to complete the order or hold the in-stock items until your pre-ordered items arrive.
If your NZ address is not serviced by NZ Post or you give us a wrong address, we will not be able to issue any refund in such cases.
Minimum order outside New Zealand is $100.
Delivery Time
For free shipping option (applicable to pre-order items only):
In most cases, your order will be dispatched to you in 1 to 4 weeks.
In some cases, it may take longer. Feel free to contact us to understand lead times applicable to products you are wanting to pre-order.
For NZ shipping options (in-stock items):
In most cases, your order will be dispatched to you in 1 to 5 business days from the day payment is received.
In some cases, it may take longer. We will contact you if there are any unforeseen delays in fulfilling your order.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions, shipments may experience further delays so we will not issue refunds for change of mind or shipment delays as logistics performance is beyond our control during the pandemic. If an item is not shipped with a tracking number, we can cancel and refund in most cases. If a tracking number is issued, we cannot offer refunds unless it is 60 calendar days and your item is still not delivered.
