Kiwibay NZ's response and updates regarding COVID-19
We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and will continue to adhere to the advice of health officials to ensure the health and safety for our customers and team members. In the meantime, it’s business as usual at our online store.
We are accepting all orders and processing them from our Auckland base as well as overseas distribution channels without any significant delays at this point in time.
Our NZ based team is strictly working from home so our 0800 number is not answerable at this time and we request you to email all your questions.
For items where NZ Shipping option is available, we will continue to accept those orders and process them ASAP from our Auckland facility. We expect couriers to continue to deliver in time but if they experience delays in Levels 3 or 4 lockdown, please be patient and rest assured that they will deliver safely in contactless way, as quickly as possible.
Our free delivery option where offered is expected to take 15 - 20 business days for NZ addresses, hence, express shipping option is recommended. There could be additional delays due to changes in government policies and controls that affect our delivery times. If your order has been dispatched already we cannot issue refunds for such delays. We request you to patiently wait until government policies allow deliveries to happen smoothly. In either case, we assure your money is not at risk, you will either get the delivery or a refund in due course (if dispatched item is not delivered after 40 business days).
During this time, our preferred mode of contact is via e-mail as we are avoiding phone call burden on team members working from home.
